Asked by Aaron Antczak. We need to get this resolved. We've been experiencing this problem for well over a year now. In a medical environment where our providers and nurse staff heavily rely on this tool in order to complete patient charts we cannot have the instability. We've worked with you directly on this before and gathered log after log on the clients experiencing the issue.
We have good wireless coverage in our hospital and surrounding clinics and have tested with satisfactory results. I'm working on enabling источник статьи local event log capture but having some issues doing so.
